After winning the 200-meter individual medley Sunday at the U.S. National Championships, Lochte said he owns about 190 pairs and showed off a psychedelic pair of winged sneakers as flashy as the star-studded race itself. Lochte won the national title in 1 minute 56.50 seconds, edging — you may have heard of him — Michael Phelps.
