3. Kim Kardashian's dress has a Marilyn Monroe moment

Kim Kardashian was walking along a street in Beverly Hills when a gust of wind caught her full skirt, blowing it upward in a scene similar to Marilyn Monroe's famous skirt-billowing episode in "The Seven Year Itch." 7. Get rid of those outdated HIV laws

A bipartisan bill introduced in the House calls for a review of state laws that criminalize behavior by people with HIV, including many laws that seem anachronistic or inappropriate given what has been learned during the last three decades about the transmission and treatment of the virus that causes AIDS. The bill should be passed.

A Grumpy Cat movie is in development, and the famously unhappy feline will speak in the film.

  17. 'Good Wife'? Julianna Margulies seems like a good egg

Julianna Margulies is almost too glamorous for television. With that raven hair and those fine-cut cheekbones, the 46-year-old actress seems born for adornment on a 22-foot-high screen. But her career has always revved on a higher level on the small screen, in such long-term roles as her seven-year stint on "ER" and, since 2009 as scorned spouse Alicia Florrick in "The Good Wife." She's received Emmys for both shows but, "Wife" comes with a bonus: Once again, Margulies gets to live in New York City, where she happily mingles with the regular folk on the street and subway, and is tickled not to be recognized — because it lets her observe the human condition and be a better actor. "I like to watch," she says, echoing the Peter Sellers character in her favorite movie, "Being There." Shortly after "Wife" wrapped its fourth season on CBS, Margulies sat down with The Envelope to talk about Alicia, the act of forgiveness and the importance of silence.

  19. Do Adam Levine's comment, Adam Lambert's costume both show humor?

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine spent a lot of time Wednesday explaining his muttered "I hate this country" after two of his team members were eliminated on "The Voice" Tuesday night. In his own defense, he said that he really does loves the country but spoke in frustration. And he tweeted that it was a joke. And a misunderstanding. [Los Angeles Times]
