Cecil G. Morse, 91, of Harbor Springs, passed away June 21, 2012, at Bay Bluffs medical care facility.
Cecil was born May 10, 1921, in Morgan, Mich., to Forrest and Lula (McGhan) Morse. He grew up in Northern Michigan and attended Bliss School.
