  3. Katie & Cory

Cory and I met by chance...
I was having a st.patricks day party with friends only 3 months out of a longterm relationship, and for the frist time in my life I wasn't looking love after many failed longterm relationships most of which were tales of tourture being beaten and cheated on all I was looking for was to have fun with my friends. One of my friends had recently started dating a guy she told me he was bringing a friend to the party that was closer in age to me and asked if I would just try and be nice and inculde him so he didn't feel left out. For the first half of the party cory was a complete wallflower not a word came out of his mouth. After a while we sat down together, ended up exchanging numbers and started talking. at this time I was 20 and he was 18 although he told me he was 18 I did not realize he was still in high school, that was almost a deal breaker but there was just something so great about him and in an odd change of events for me, I was taking a relationship very lightly and little did I know it would turn very serious.
