The Pleasant View Cemetery Co. of Rohrersville will hold its annual meeting Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 7 p.m. in the social hall of Bethel United Methodist Church, Main Street in Rohrersville.
The meeting is open to all voting members, which include stockholders, plot owners, descendants of stock holders and plot owners, as well as those who donated $100 or more to the trust fund.

Little League signups
Sharpsburg Little League will hold baseball and girls softball registration at the Sharpsburg Bible Church Community Center (the corner of South Potomac and West Antietam streets in Sharpsburg) on the following dates:
- Thursday, Feb. 9, 6 to 8 p.m.
- Friday, Feb. 10, 6 to 8 p.m.
- Saturday Feb. 11, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Saturday Feb. 18, noon to 4 p.m.

Boonsboro class to meet
The Boonsboro High Class of 1977 will hold a reunion meeting Sunday, Jan. 29, at 5 p.m. at Sherry (Reeder) Bingaman's house on Appletown Road in Boonsboro.
The class reunion will be Oct. 20 at Fairplay Fire Hall.

Lions begin year with birthday celebration
The Sharpsburg Lions will begin the new year with a birthday celebration Saturday at Reeders Memorial Home, followed by a sing-along Jan. 12 at Fahrney Keedy Home.
The second regular meeting of the month will be Jan. 19 at the den at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. A cabinet meeting will be Jan. 22 at the Elks Lodge.
The Sharpsburg Lions Club meets the first and third Thursdays at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 209 W. Main St., Sharpsburg.
