Lucy Theresa (Mazer) Bialogreck, 93, of Mount Williams Circle, Williamsport, Md., died Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at Williamsport Retirement Village in Williamsport.
Born Feb. 9, 1919, in Lyme, Conn., she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Antonia Pilch Mazer.
She was a graduate of Willamantic State Teachers College in Willamantic, Conn. She taught in Lyme, Penn Yan, N.Y., and retired in 1978 after teaching in the Maugansville Elementary School for 28 years.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She had lived in Williamsport for the last 55 years and in Hagerstown the prior seven years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Joseph Bialogreck, who died Oct. 30, 2007.
She is survived by a sister, Anne Mazer of Lyme; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Emily Braczkowski of Lyme and Estelle Halperin and Joan Livingston, of Stuart, Fla.; and three brothers, John, Henry and Walter Mazer of Lyme.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. The Rev. Christopher Moore will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, one hour prior to the service.
