The remarkable thing when this tiny nation legalized same-sex marriage in June wasn't that the conservative-leaning prime minister, Xavier Bettel, supported the new law. It was that he might be among the first to take advantage of it. Bettel and his partner, architect Gauthier Destenay, probably will tie the knot sometime soon.
