Bob Filner is not running for Congress this year. Now we have Juan Vargas. At the fair every year the veterans have a booth.
Juan was there and he never stopped by to say hi to the veterans, he would rather talk to the judges. His representative was asked to come to veterans meetings and they never showed up. This tells me as a veteran in the Imperial Valley, that Juan Vargas will not care about the veterans.
A vote for Juan Vargas is a strike against the veterans. Plus, how can I vote for a person who runs a very dirty campaign. This tells me that he has something to hide, too. I hope the veterans vote for a veteran. We need people not only in Congress but in our own state who are veterans and understand the needs of the people. I feel a veteran will take care of all the people since he or she has fought for this great nation for all the people.
