UPDATE: The Department of Corrections says after being featured on Washington's Most Wanted, Kenneth Tibbs turned himself into the Snohomish County jail on May 15th.

Kenneth Tibbs is a drug-fueled, high-violent offender who is on the run right now.
A convicted felon, Tibbs is wanted by the Department of Corrections in Snohomish County for escape and for blowing off his drug treatment program. He's a hardcore user of meth and liquid PCP, also know as "sherm" and he has a load of personal demons that fuel his drive to commit reckless crimes so that he can get his fix.
In one case, Tibbs broke into a house, stole a gun and the victim’s truck and drove it around for several days. When the victim spotted the truck parked at a grocery story, he confronted Tibbs. Tibbs pointed the victim's own gun at him, took off and was later caught after a high-speed chase.
Assault, gun crimes and hard drugs are just a small slice of what Kenneth Tibbs has been busted for.
