If cleaners, lotions, and make-up don't work, your phone might be the solution in the fight against wrinkles and pimples.
That's what Doctor Greg Pearson believes, he is a Texas dermatologist and developer of this Acne App.
The phone application is based on studies showing that light treatments are almost twice as effective as skin lotions.
The app emits 2 different colors. Blue light helps fight bacteria, and red light helps heal the skin.
All you do is hold the screen to your skin for 2 minutes a day.
The app has received different reviews so far, it's rated 3 out of 5 stars in the Apple App store.
One user says, "I will have to say that I was skeptical at first, but am amazed by the results."
Doctor Pearson says it needs a lot more clinical study before the application's effect can be determined.
Either way, the Acne App has a fascinating potential: treating skin while talking on the phone!
