ALABAMA (KTLA) -- Infamous Internet sensation Antoine Dodson has pleaded not guilty to a series of misdemeanor charges.
Dodson is charged with possession of marijuana, failure to appear on a traffic charge, failure to have car insurance and speeding, after being pulled over in Alabama last week.
"Let me be the first to tell it!!" So just got out of jail off a weak charge!!!," Dodson tweeted after his release on Apr. 23. "Got pulled over in my Benz and they got me ... I never been in jail except that time in grade school."
Dodson, 24, became famous on "YouTube" after speaking to a local television news station about a break-in at his sister's apartment. His local news interview was produced into a music video that went viral. The hit spawned multiple covers including an a cappella version performed by a university singing group.
He was released on $500 bail and is due back in court in July.
