During the 1pm broadcast, Gayle was in Arcadia for the NAUGHTY VOLVO TOUR, where visitors can test drive the all-new S60 (300hp AWD T6 engine) and its PEDESTRIAN DETECTION SYSTEM. You can test drive the vehicle in Arcadia this Saturday and Sunday.
Volvo Cars of North America, LLC (VCNA) is hosting special drive events for prospective buyers, car enthusiasts and media to experience the driving dynamics of its all-new S60 Sport Sedan.
The 2011 Volvo S60 features Volvo's newest safety innovation, Pedestrian Detection with Full Auto Brake. This radar and camera based system detects pedestrians in front of the car, warns the driver if anyone walks out into its path. Then, the vehicle automatically activates the S60's full braking power if the driver fails to respond in time. Drivers can put the S60's 300 hp AWD T6 engine to the test against competitive vehicles, as well as participate in a timed autocross.
