    Police charge two Lebanon County sisters in connection with the drug related death of a Derry Township man.   On June 15, 2012, shortly after 5 am, police and EMS crews were summoned to an apartment on the first block of West Areba Avenue in Hershey, where they found an unresponsive 41 year old Donald Otto.  A county coroner, also called to the scene, later declared Otto dead.
