OK, so it's not nationally known like Lolla, but this year Hideout celebrates the 25th anniversary of Touch and Go Records at its 10th Annual Block Party. With Calexico, Enon, Ted Leo and Pinback, as well as reunions of Didjits and Scratch Acid.
