Kendall Garzette Norman, 50, of the 600 block of Falconer Road, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in a case in which he was charged with driving on a suspended license, driving on a revoked license, failure to display a license to police, exceeding the maximum speed and unsafe lane changing.
Bobby John Curtis, 32, of the 1600 block of Cold Bottom Road in Sparks Glencoe, was charged Wednesday with possessing a drug other than marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Kevin Ottley, 29, and Kendra A. Raynor, 23, of the 1900 block of Union Street in Brooklyn, N.Y., and Rannon Marc Sinnette, 23, of the 400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn, N.Y., were charged Tuesday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000, scheming to commit theft of $1,000 to $10,000 and a credit card charge of more than $500.
