Peninsula House delegation: 16 bills enacted into law, 37 die

The Peninsula's House of Delegates members sponsored a slew of bills -- 53, actually -- and it looks as if they've managed to get their fellow legislators and now the governor to say 16 of them are good ideas. The other 37 died, mostly before General Assembly subcommittees or committees. Here's a run down: Del. Mamye BaCote, D-Newport News.
