    Nothing captures summer's sunny joie de vivre like a devil-may-care hairstyle polished off with a pretty hair ornament. Head-turning hair accessories were front and center in the spring runway collections. Satin bow headbands topped off '60s-inspired beehives at Louis Vuitton, while silk faille hair bands decorated with oversized fabric flowers bloomed on as-low-as-you-go ponytails at Rochas. The nape of the neck became an alluring new focus, with large pearls adorning loose chignons at Chanel and ornately carved dragon hairpins gracing half-updos at Emilio Pucci. At Dolce & Gabbana and Marc by Marc Jacobs, hair was twisted and pinned up, almost as an afterthought, to showcase colorful, patterned head scarves.

    Emilio Pucci designer Peter Dundas, who has been dressing a bevy of celebs on the red carpet lately, is creating the wardrobe for British pop star Rita Ora's "The Radioactive Tour," which kicked off Monday with a concert in Manchester, Britain. The costumes will perfectly echo her "urban glamour," according to a news release from&nbsp;<a href="http://www.emiliopucci.com/Index.aspx" target="_blank">Pucci</a>, while interpreting some of the key themes of the Pucci spring/summer 2013 collection.
