  1. Lifeguard Loses His Job For Refusing To Wear A Speedo

At 61, he's fit to swim the ocean, run across the beach, and save lives. One problem--his job as a lifeguard for more than 40 years is being taken from him. Roy Lester a former lifeguard at Jones Beach was relieved of his duties for refusing to wear a Speedo for his annual swim test. He is suing the state for age discrimination. Back in 2007, he originally filed the suit, which was subsequently dismissed from court that year and then again in 2008.

In Budapest, Hungary's vibrant capital, you can sample spicy paprika at the Great Market Hall (designed by Gustave Eiffel), sip coffee in a genteel turn-of-the-20th-Century cafe and enjoy an affordable performance at the luxurious Opera House.
