A high school math teacher in Sacramento has been arrested on suspicion of mowing down three cyclists during an alleged road-rage incident, police said. Wesley Tran, 31, was stopped about 11:02 p.m. Saturday after an officer spotted him driving the wrong way on 21st Street at a high rate of speed, according to the Sacramento Police Department. Prior to being pulled over, Tran had allegedly argued with a cyclist who had punctured his car tire, police said.
