Alfray Lavern Watts, 35, is accused of using her 10-year-old daughter in an attempt to steal $300 worth of merchandise from a Bealls department store on Thursday in Winter Haven, reports The Ledger in Lakeland.
"She's not going to win mother of the year, that's for sure," Jamie Brown, Winter Haven police spokeswoman, told The Ledger.
Poor kid, she was probably only doing what her mommy told her to do.
