Authorities on Tuesday were looking for a convicted sex offender who is suspected of cutting off his GPS monitoring device and making dozens of threatening and obscene phone calls to the family of an 80-year-old victim he raped. Dennis Michael McKenzie, 55, was convicted in San Bernardino County and paroled to a halfway house in Long Beach, authorities said. This month, McKenzie has "made more than 50 threatening and obscene phone calls to the family of an 80-year-old victim whom he brutally raped in 2004," the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said in a statement.
