Evidence in the incident in which NASCAR's Tony Stewart struck and killed a fellow driver who was on foot at a race last month will be sent to a state grand jury, the Ontario County (N.Y.) district attorney said Tuesday. After examining the evidence and listening to witnesses, a grand jury would determine whether any criminal charges should be brought against Stewart, the three-time NASCAR champion.
