If little things add up to big ones, maybe the Dodgers are building up to something. Monday they added another pitcher for cash considerations or a player to be named later, so new President of Baseball Operations Andrew Friedman is quietly finding minor ways to spend his newfound ownership wealth. This time he acquired right-hander Juan Nicasio from the Rockies, presumably to pitch out of the new bullpen. To make room for Nicasio on the 40-man roster, the Dodgers actually designated for assignment the first player Friedman acquired with the Dodgers, infielder Ryan Jackson. Talk about a tough trivia question one day. Nicasio, 28, went 6-6 with a 5.38 ERA in 33 games for the Rockies...
