Amar’e Stoudemire of the New York Knicks has sold his penthouse-apartment in Phoenix for $1.21 million. Stoudemire, a six-time NBA All-Star, paid $1.775 million for the top-floor residence in June 2006. The property had come to market six times over the last six years and last listed for sale at $1.249 million in February. The unit, found on the eighth floor of the Esplanade Place in downtown Phoenix, includes two balconies, two master suites, a gourmet kitchen and a great room with a fireplace in nearly 3,000 square feet of living space.
