The Central Connecticut men's basketball team, late to arrive Tuesday evening much like it has been late to get going this season, picked up its first victory at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. The game, scheduled for 7 p.m., did not start until 8:50 because the team bus got hung up trying to get through New York.
