    The Imperial High football team received the No. 6 seed in the CIF-San Diego Division IV playoffs and is set to host No. 11 La Jolla High at 7 p.m. Friday. The Tigers are 8-2 overall and finished 4-1 in Imperial Valley League. They face a Vikings squad that is 3-7 overall and finished 1-3 and in fourth place in the Western League. The two haven&rsquo;t played each other in recent years but they did have one common opponent this season &mdash; Valley Center. The Tigers lost to the Valley Center Jaguars, 33-21, in Valley Center while the Vikings also lost to the Jaguars, 24-0. The winner of Friday&rsquo;s game will advance to play at Imperial Valley League champion Brawley Union High at 7 p.m. Nov. 16 in Brawley.
