How hot is the real estate market in the Platinum Triangle right now? Here’s a pretty good barometer: The onetime Bel-Air estate of late St. Louis Rams owner Georgia Frontiere, which sold for $38 million in an off-market deal in March, has been listed for sale at $45 million. That’s more than a 15.5% price increase in roughly two months and nearly $26 million more than what it went for in 2011. Designed by Paul R. Williams in 1931 and remodeled in 2007, the Spanish Colonial Revival estate sits behind a gated drive with a main house, a guest house, a tennis court, a swimming pool and formal landscaping on nearly 2 acres.
