The Ravens hosted San Francisco 49ers wide receiver and return specialist Ted Ginn Jr. on Friday. The possibility of the former first-round draft pick leaving one Harbaugh (Jim) for another (John) is an intriguing one.

  5. Mike Preston: It's status quo for the Ravens' offensive line

The Ravens said they wanted to upgrade the offensive line in the offseason, but so far they haven't. It's still early, but it looks like the team has pretty much committed to the same bunch of characters from a year ago. The Ravens didn't re-sign left guard Ben Grubbs, their best offensive lineman. Instead, they re-signed veteran center Matt Birk to a three-year contract and allowed left tackle Bryant McKinnie to collect a $500,000 roster bonus -- a clear indication he'll return next season.

  13. Beauty hidden in beast of a playoff game

Too many times, people confuse lack of offense or poor quarterback production with bad football, when often it's just the opposite.

  17. New kickoff rule has some unexpected consequences

With all the debate on the rule change that moved kickoffs up five yards to the 35-yard line this season, it was hardly surprising that 49 percent of kickoffs resulted in touchbacks over the NFL season’s opening weekend.

  19. Pre-snap read: the Harbaugh Bowl

John and Jim Harbaugh on Thanksgiving night will become the first brothers in NFL history to face each other as head coaches. I’m guessing you have heard a thing or two or 900 revolving around that factoid this week.
