They will join previously announced guests including<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>Charlie Daniels</strong>,<strong>Jamey Johnson</strong>,<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>Lorrie Morgan</strong>,<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>Randy Travis<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong>and<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>Gene Watson</strong>. George was excited about the latest additions and said<em>, &ldquo;I am excited that my friends all want to be with me on this show.&rdquo;<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></em>He added that it will<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><em>&ldquo;be a fun and emotional night with lots of memories, friends and great country music.&rdquo;</em><span>&nbsp;<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></span>George hits the road this weekend to open his final journey -<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><em>The Grand Tour</em>.     <span style="font-size: small;">Hunter Hayes and Taylor Swift are the top country nominees for the 55th Annual Grammy Awards. Both artists received three nominations each, during the Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! at Nashville&rsquo;s Bridgestone Arena.   13. Underwood - Paisley Back for CMA's

    <span style="font-size: small;">Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood are taking over hosting duties once again for the46th Annual Country Music Awards. This is the duo&rsquo;s fifth consecutive time co-hosting the show together, and Brad is happy to have Carrie have by his side. &ldquo;We have a great time. She is the best co-host I could ever ask for, and really, it&rsquo;s a great combination. You can tell I think that we have a good time with it.&rdquo; It seems like the two are already getting into the hosting spirit. Carrie tweeted that she caught Brad in her make-up chair while at a photo shoot in Nashville, and joked that he was such a diva!
