    H. Thomas Stiffler, 85, Juniata Street, New Baltimore, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at Meadow View Nursing Home, Berlin. Mr. Stiffler was born in Hollsopple on Thursday, April 22, 1926, the son of the late Charles and Beatrice (Musselman) Stiffler. On Dec. 31, 1949, he married Mary G. (Hankinson) Stiffler. In addition to his wife he is survived by daughter Mary Ann wife of Angelo DiCamillo, Voorhees, N.J.; daughter B. Jean wife of Ronald Kudasik, Chambersburg; son Thomas A., husband of Linda (Maddy) Stiffler, New Baltimore; brother Lee Stiffler, Maine; brother Willard Stiffler, Bedford; sister Laura Bloom, Chambersburg; brother Merle Stiffler, Chambersburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren: Jill Kudasik, Amy wife of Kyle Turley, Ryan Kudasik and his wife, Joy, Craig Stiffler and Marc DiCamillo. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Anna Hall and Charlotte Hite. Tom was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in New Baltimore. He was employed at Bethlehem Steel in Johnstown for 38 years. Tom was a member of the Knights of Columbus, New Baltimore Sportsman’s Club and the Meyersdale Elks. Friends are invited to call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg, where a vigil for the deceased will be held at 3 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore, at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with Father George Jakopac celebrant. Committal will be held at St. Johns Cemetery New Baltimore. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John’s Roofing Fund, 101 Findley St., New Baltimore, PA 15553. Online condolences may be expressed at www.geiselfuneral.com.
