Miami mayor: Beckham team will pay for residents' relocation

When and if David Beckham's investment group gets approval to build a stadium near Marlins Park, many Little Havana residents will have reason for concern. But Miami mayor Tomás Regalado said Monday Beckham United would bear the cost of relocating city residents displaced by a stadium to house a Major League Soccer expansion team.
