Sports Line: Teen star wins Wanamaker Mile

Teen star Mary Cain won the Wanamaker Mile on Saturday in the Millrose Games. The 17-year-old Cain, from Bronxville, finished in 4 minutes, 27.73 seconds at the Armory to beat second-place Treniere Moser by more than a second. Cain turned professional in November. She will run in 1,500 meters in the USATF Indoor Championships in Albuquerque, N.M., on Feb. 23.
