    Pauline S. (Harnichar) Phillips, 89, of Hollsopple (Jenner Township), died March 23, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born Nov. 3, 1923 in Jenners, she is the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Sasina) Harnichar. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 68 years, Joseph M. Sr. on Nov. 29, 2010; sisters, Ann Slezak, Elizabeth Gajewski and Julia Yefchakson; brothers: Paul, Frank, John, Joseph and William Harnichar; and son-in-law Donald Duncan. Survived by daughter Dora Duncan, Jenner Township; son Joseph M. Jr., Yardley; grandchildren: David Duncan and wife Margaret; Dorene Duncan; Douglas Duncan and wife Margaret; Darren Duncan and wife Renee; Laura (Duncan) Swank and husband Mike; and Elizabeth Phillips; great-grandchildren: Kathleen, Nicholas, Madeline, Sean, Katrina, Collyn, Samuel, Brittany, Joseph, Deanna, Alex, Austin, Darrian, Derrick, Larissa, Emily, David, Mary, Hannah, Sarah, Karie, Sara, Aaron, Noah and Trey; great-great-grandson Elijah; daughter-in-law Dr. Barbara Wingate, Woodhill; and numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. Member of All Saints Catholic Parish and was an active member of the former St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Boswell where she was a member of the Goldenaires Senior Citizens. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and spending time at the family beach house in Fire Island, N.Y. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and attending her grandchildren's and great-grandchildren's sporting and musical events. Viewing from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell where a vigil for the deceased will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Wednesday at All Saints Catholic Church, Boswell with Rev. Fr. Justin A. Ratajczak, OFM Conv. celebrant. Committal St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Boswell.
