    Sometimes I wonder if Floridians have a meteorological version of survivors' guilt. How else to explain the bone-chilling trend of dashing into icy waters or other frigid conditions when there's typically such agreeable weather here in the winter months? At least with Aquatica's upcoming Polar Plunge, it's for a good reason: Proceeds benefit Special Olympics Florida.
