  13. Man Fires Gun In Front of York City Police

    Police catch a shooting suspect in the act in York City. Shots rang out just before 8 p.m. on Monday night near South Duke and East Maple Street. Officers say when they arrived at the scene they witnessed Carlos Alberto Crisostomo firing a gun at an unknown person. Police immediately commanded Crisostomo to drop his weapon. After complying, officers noticed Crisostomo had been shot once in the leg. He was taken to York Hospital and has since underwent surgery.
