    Virginia Crimone, 91, Somerset, died Nov. 13, 2012, at Somerset Hospice House. Born Aug. 17, 1921 in Fiume di Nisi, Sicily, Italy, daughter of Joe and Venera (Fidi) Barbera. Preceded in death by parents, husband Russell Carl "Ratsy" Crimone who died July 21, 1998, son Dr. Samuel M. Crimone and sister Josephine M. Polakoski. Survived by son Joseph Crimone married to the former Victoria Furman of Somerset; daughter-in-law Mary Fran Crimone of Potomac, Md.; grandsons: Joseph J. Crimone II of Phoenixville, Russell C. Crimone of Denver, Colo.; Justin E. Crimone of Pittsburgh; Nicholas A. Crimone and wife Christine of Somerset; great-grandchildren: Ruby, Dante, Gauge and Bella. Brothers: Nathaniel A. Barbera and wife Anne, John J. Barbera and wife Carol all of Somerset, brother-in-law Joseph Polakoski of Somerset. Virginia is a 1940 graduate of Somerset High School. She worked until her retirement for 39 years as co-owner/ operator of Ratsy's Restaurant along with her husband. She was also a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Friends received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the <strong>Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset</strong>, where a vigil for the deceased will be conducted at 1:45 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Mass will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2012 at St. Peter's Catholic Church Somerset with Fr. Daniel J. O'Neill celebrant. Committal Somerset County Memorial Park.
