Mom comes home to find sitter has tattooed her children

A Virginia mom who came home to find her two children had been tattooed by the babysitter now finds herself facing abuse charges. The daughters of Melissa Delp, 35 -- both younger than 13 -- did not consent to the tattoos, and neither did their parents, authorities told the Roanoke Times. The ink was applied by a 20-year-old family friend while Delp was out with boyfriend Daniel Janney, 32.  It was the actions of Delp and Janney after returning home that resulted in charges against both, Maj.
