    Washington State Patrol Troopers are investigating a crash that could be blamed on a driver using his cell phone.  A Bellevue man was transported to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries after he was hit while filling up his gas tank on the right shoulder of I-5 in Sea-Tac. The driver that hit him had been drinking and detectives believe he was talking on his cell phone at the time of the crash.
