   Susan Parker won't run for Alabama's 5th Congressional
District
  
   HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) -- Public Service Commissioner Susan Parker
says she won't run for the 5th Congressional District seat being
vacated by Democrat Bud Cramer.
   Parker announced her decision Friday. It came one day after Mo
Brooks, a Republican member of the Madison County Commission,
announced he would not run.
   Democratic state Sen. Parker Griffith of Huntsville has
scheduled a news conference Friday to announce his plans for the
race.
   Huntsville lawyer Ray McKee, a Republican, entered the race
