Around 6:50 a.m., Greg Jarrett will give listeners the cue to call 312-591-7000. The 7th caller on the contest line will win the ultimate summer at Wrigley Field package two tickets to one game of the Cubs/Yankees series at Wrigley Field on either June 17, 2011 or June 18, 2011 and two tickets to the Paul McCartney concert at Wrigley Field on July 31, 2011. Odds of winning depend on the number of calls received.
This contest begins on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 6:50 a.m. CT and ends on Friday, June 17, 2011 at 7 a.m. CT.
Four (4) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to one game of the Cubs/Yankees series at Wrigley Field and two tickets to the Paul McCartney concert at Wrigley Field on July 31, 2011. Winners on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will receive tickets to the Friday, June 17, 2011 Cubs/Yankees game and the winner on Friday will receive tickets to the Saturday, June 18, 2011 Cubs/Yankees game. Value of the prize is $181.
Winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes and all other expenses related to the prizes that are not mentioned above. Sponsor (as defined below) is not responsible if the concert is delayed, postponed, or canceled.
This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. One winner per household. Winner must be 18 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident, excluding residents of Rhode Island. Employees (and their immediate family members living the same household) of WGN Radio ("Sponsor") and their affiliated companies are ineligible. By entering, the winner agrees to release Sponsors and their parent and affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensees from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind, arising from the winner's participation in this Contest, or his/her receipt or use of the contest prize. By entering, each winner warrants that WGN Radio will have full permission, without further compensation, to WGN Radio to use the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material for broadcast and promotional purposes in connection with the contest.
Prizes will not be awarded, even if announced, if the contestant is not eligible in accordance with these rules. If you have won a prize valued under $600 from WGN Radio within 60 days of June 14, 2011, you are ineligible to enter or receive a prize in this contest.
By participating, contestants agree Sponsor have the sole right to determine the winners of the contest and all matters and disputes related to the contest, and that their determination will be final and binding. WGN Radio reserves the right to delay contest announcements, postpone or reschedule all or some of the contest events, or modify contest deadlines and/or modify contest deadlines if breaking news, sports coverage or other unanticipated events preempt regular programming. If such changes occur, they will be posted on the wgnradio.com website. Sponsors will not be responsible for telephone systems delays or malfunctions, faulty internet transmission, or for delays or failures incident to internet transmission of radio broadcasts.
There are no substitute prizes. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or merchandise. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes, should any prizes become unexpectedly unavailable.
