The Hornets will work out national player of the year Anthony Davis of Kentucky Tuesday morning. On Monday, they worked out two who could pair with Davis: Baylor's Perry Jones and Ohio State's Jared Sullinger.
Jones or Sullinger could be available when the Hornets are scheduled to pick again at number ten.
The one hour and five minute workout was viewed by general manager Dell Demps, and Saints GM Mickey Loomis, who is overseeing the Hornets basketball operations.
Sullinger is a two time first team all American, and says criticism of his lack of athleticism just rolls off his back: "If I am so robotic in testing or I couldn't do the testing because I wasn't robotic enough, I apologize to everybody that thinks I didn't do well. That's just me. I am a basketball player. I know how to play with a basketball. I don't know how to do things freely."
