We're getting in the spirit of the 54th German-American Steuben Parade, which takes place Saturday, September 17th.
Werner Lehner owner of Zum Stammtisch Restaurant in Glendale and Miss German-America 2011, Denise Manukian stopped by to get us in the spirit of the 54th German-American Steuben Parade! Wener showed us how to make kid-friendly Potato Pancakes:
5 medium potatoes /

2 cups Veg. oil for frying
- Grate potatoes and drain off excess liquid in a colander
- Put in a bowl and add egg salt and pepper. Add flour to thicken the mixture
