COOKING FOR CANCER PATIENTS
The Cancer Treatment Centers of America stopped by FOX43 Morning News to talk about how cancer patients need to eat a balanced diet to stay healthy, keep their immune systems strong and help them go through chemo and other drugs.

Spinach and Blueberry Salad Jessica Smith, RD
1 package fresh spinach, rinsed
1 pint fresh blueberries or 12 cup dried blueberries
12 cup feta cheese
14 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp balsamic or blueberry vinegar
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Combine spinach, blueberries, feta cheese, and walnuts together in salad bowl. Mix vinegar and olive oil together. Pour over salad and toss.
Makes 4 servings
