Kitchen 305 hosts a 305 Thanksgiving Day buffet dinner. The night's items include starters such as butternut squash bisque and apple walnut salad, entrees like Virgina honey-mustard-glazed ham, roasted turkey with cranberry orange marmalade, haricot casserole with shiitake mushrooms and garlic mashed Idaho potatoes and a range of desserts including a crepe station and apple, pumpkin and peach pie. The meal costs $29.

The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables opens up to serve two types of Thanksgiving Dinner. At the Palme d'Or Restaurant a four-couse, French-style dinner complete with farm-raised turkey and foie gras gravy, pumpkin soup and pecan pie will be served with wine pairings. At The Biltmore's Fontana Restaurant guests will be able to dine on a Tuscany-inspired meal with selections such as ravioli stuffed with pumpkin in a brandy and shallot light cream, braised boneless free-range turkey and brioche bread poached in light rum syrup. A Sunday Champagne brunch will also be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. following Thanksgiving Day.
Cost: $80 at Palme d'Or Restaurant and $59 at Fontana Restaurant. Available from 6 to 10 p.m. Brunch $85 adults; $37.5 for children between 5 and 11 years of age.

Cafe Prima Pasta in Miami Beach will offer a fusion-style Thanksgiving. The night's menu will be a blend of Argentinean and Italian. The prix-fixe event includes stuffed turkey and desserts, a Bellini and coffee. The $45 menu will be available from 5 p.m. to midnight. An a-la-carte menu will also be available.
