Both will continue to cheer on the Colts, but not Ken Lauter.
Lauter has had season tickets for 15 years. This year, he gave them up. He said his team is gone and he can’t root for a team he doesn’t know.
"I've been invested for 15 years,” said Lauter. “The team is getting "old" and I understand what's going on, but I just don't feel the connection now, because everything is different."
While some expected the loss of key veteran players, the transition is still worrisome. Most predict a couple of rough seasons before the new players become adjusted.
