Indianapolis Power and Light announced Monday that their CEO Ann Murtlow is stepping down.
Her last day with the company will be April 1. Murtlow was named the company's first CEO when they took over Virginia based AES Corporation back in 2002.
The 49-year-old said in a statement that she is ready to spend more time with her family after devoting so much time to her career.
