Justin M. Wade, 17, of Martinsville and Travis Lee Hanger, 24, also of Martinsville have been charged with rape, as a B felony and sexual battery. Because of the serious charges Wade's case was filed in adult court.
The victim has stated that she visited Hanger's mobile home with friends, ate a sandwich and drank a soft drink. She then became sleepy and was told by Hanger to go into a bedroom and sleep. The girl told police she had drank any alcoholic beverages or taken any drugs.

The girl woke two men by her bed. She stated the men raped her. During the rape, someone came to the door and knocked. Hanger stated they were busy and did not answer the door.
The girl stated she did not have a relationship with any of the men and according to court records she was to be married the following weekend.
Once the girl left the bedroom she had a friend come pick her up and take her home. She did tell a family member about the incident and they took her to Morgan Hospital and Medical Center.
Hanger and Wade were arrested and Hanger's place was thoroughly searched.
