It seems like the police just can't stay away from Hollywood these days. In the midst of what seems to be the biggest entertainment shocker to rock Hollywood this year---the assault of singer Rihanna, allegedly by boyfriend/singer Chris Brown--yet, another celeb has fallen victim to an alleged assault.
According to TMZ, Nicky Hilton was outside of the IHOP in West Hollywood at about 5:00 AM when a man walked right up to her and pushed her to the ground. Nicky was not injured and quickly got herself up and placed the attacker under citizen's arrest! And, when the cops came, the assailant claimed to be her boyfriend! Kudos to Nicky for her bravery!
And Charles Barkley IS going to jail. He pled guilty to 2 counts of driving under the influence and pleaded "responsible" to running a stop sign. In case you missed it, Barkley was arrested on December 31st in Scottsdale, Arizona after running that stop sign. He told police that he was in a hurry to get to a woman that he was meeting up with for sex. *shaking my head* Anyway, Barkley was sentenced to 10 days in jail, but will only do 5 if he completes an alcohol education program. He was also fined $2,000. No charges were ever filed on the gun that cops say they found in his car the night of the arrest.

News is reporting that the singer received e-mail threats and phone threats from an unidentifed source, which prompted him to cancel Monday's show. Authorities are now investigating.
The home of Audrina Patridge was robbed on Oscar night. She went on to say, "It was pretty devastating." No word yet on exactly what was taken, but Patridge did say that most of the items were replaceable.
