"Throw Momma From the Train" was a comedic tale on the Alfred Hitchcock classic "Strangers on a Train," and in its own way, this also is ... with a definite dose of the crass humor so typical of many movie comedies today.
Jason Bateman, Charlie Day ("It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia") and Jason Sudeikis ("Saturday Night Live") play oppressed pals who conspire to get rid of their respective employers (Kevin Spacey, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell). Jamie Foxx plays a man who claims to be able to help them with their plans. Donald Sutherland, Julie Bowen ("Modern Family") and comedy legend Bob Newhart also appear. *** (R and unrated versions: AS, P) (Also on Blu-ray and Movies on Demand)
