If they aren't pool sharks, card sharks or the business experts on ABC's "Shark Tank," you probably can guess what this picture deals with. It's a horror tale that takes attractive young people to an isolated lake and cabin ... but instead of dealing with a killer such as "Friday the 13th's" Jason, the enemies are dwellers of the deep who have no problem with snacking on the new visitors.
Among those playing potential victims for director David R. Ellis - who proved his knack for filming nasty creatures with "Snakes on a Plane" - are Sara Paxton ("The Last House on the Left"). Chris Carmack ("The O.C.") and "American Idol" alum Katharine McPhee. ** (PG-13: AS, N, P, V) (Also on Blu-ray and Movies on Demand)
